Puff Pastry Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry (18 x 11-inch, Pepperidge Farm)
  • 3 Tbsp. honey mustard
  • 4 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. On flat pastry, spread mustard.
  2. Arrange Prosciutto over mustard.
  3. Cover the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  5. Roll it up like a jelly roll starting with long end.
  6. Slice into 1/2-inch slices.
  7. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Flatten with your hand.
  9. Chill 15 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 400°.
  11. Beat egg and water together and then brush over the rolls.
  12. Bake 10 minutes until puffy and golden.
