Puff Pastry Rolls

Instructions
- On flat pastry, spread mustard.
- Arrange Prosciutto over mustard.
- Cover the pastry.
- Sprinkle with the cheese.
- Roll it up like a jelly roll starting with long end.
- Slice into 1/2-inch slices.
- Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten with your hand.
- Chill 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Beat egg and water together and then brush over the rolls.
- Bake 10 minutes until puffy and golden.
