Ingredients

  • 5 cups glutinous rice
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup grated fesh coconut
  • 2 screwpine leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash rice and put all ingredients into rice cooker. Turn on cooker.
  2. Once cooked fluff up with a fork and remove screwpine leaves.
