Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and chill until dough is firm.
  2. Divide into 4 parts.
  3. Roll out 10 x 14-inch in plastic wrap.
  4. Freeze 4 hours. May be frozen up to 4 months.
