Ingredients

  • 2 cups drained pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Mix drained pumpkin, beaten eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and evaporated milk well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie shell.
  3. Place in an oven preheated to 425°F and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes until set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
