Orange Yeast Rolls

- Mix together in a bowl until it becomes lukewarm: scalded milk, margarine, sugar, and a dash of salt.
- Add yeast dissolved in water, well-beaten eggs, and orange juice. Blend well.
- Add 5 cups sifted flour and mix until the dough is soft.
- Let the dough stand for 10 minutes.
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it set until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and let it set for 15 more minutes.
- Form the dough into rolls and let them rise.
- Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes.
