Pumpkin Pie(Crustless)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. baking mix

Instructions

  1. Mix all together with an electric beater.
  2. Pour into a greased pie plate (large).
  3. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
