Tips & Substitutions

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken wings in soy sauce and paprika for a few hours before cooking. If you're out of paprika, smoked paprika or chili powder can be great substitutes. To achieve crispier wings, you can finish them under the broiler for a few minutes after simmering. This dish is a fantastic base for variations, like those found in Jerk Chicken Wings or Chicken Paprikash.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the chicken wings with a side of Real Spanish Rice for a complete meal. A fresh salad or coleslaw can also provide a nice crunch and balance to the dish. For a more tropical twist, pair the wings with Quick And Easy Hawaiian Chicken for a flavorful feast. Don't forget to drizzle the sauce over the rice for added flavor.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover chicken wings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until heated through. This method helps retain the wings' crispy texture. You can also microwave them, but they may become a bit soggy.
