Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 drop food coloring
  • 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. mint flavor

Instructions

  1. Slightly beat egg white.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll out between wax paper until very thin.
  4. Cut with small cutter.
  5. Place on wax paper; let stand.
  6. Pack in box or tin with waxed paper between.
