Quick Broccoli-Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1/3 head fresh cauliflower or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 3/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Let broccoli and cauliflower thaw if frozen and saute in butter.
  2. Add soups, salt and pepper, milk and water.
  3. Bring to a boil then simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
