Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 to 2 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp. oil of peppermint
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • food color as desired

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients on low speed
  2. in mixer.
  3. Do not add any liquids!
  4. Add drop or 2 of color as desired.
  5. Roll in long rolls 3/4-inch thick.
  6. Let set
  7. an

  9. Slice in
  10. 1/4-inch diagonal slices.
