Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package hearts of romaine
  • 1 cup fat-free croutons (about 2 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large serving bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with pepper.
