Quick Chocolate Pudding Cake

Instructions
- Mix cake according to package directions; set aside.
- Mix in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan the sugar, cocoa, water and marshmallows.
- Now spoon mixed batter over the mixture in pan. Top with nuts.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Excellent served warm topped with vanilla ice cream.
