Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) package frozen cooked shrimp, unthawed
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen English peas, unthawed

Instructions

  1. Combine the undiluted chicken soup, milk, and curry powder in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Add the frozen cooked shrimp and English peas to the casserole.
  3. Cover and microwave at high for 11 to 13 minutes or until bubbly, stirring every 4 minutes.
  4. Serve the curry mixture over rice.
