Ingredients

  • 1 c. frozen fruit (peaches)
  • 1 banana, slightly ripe
  • 1 c. skim milk

Instructions

  1. Blend in blender until smooth.
  2. Add egg white or several ice cubes for a frothy shake.
  3. Makes 2 shakes.
