Quick Energy Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 waffles (preferably frozen)
  • 1 small banana
  • pure maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. put frozen waffles in toaster and toast to liking.
  2. while the waffles are toasting puree a banana using either a blender, food processor, or chopper.
  3. when waffles are done, serve with banana spread on top of the waffles.
