Ingredients

  • Crisco
  • Cheddar broccoli rice
  • Water
  • Grated cheese
  • Ground meat

Instructions

  1. Prepare cheddar broccoli rice according to package directions, adding 1/2 box chopped broccoli and 1/2 cup chopped green onions.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground meat in Crisco until tender.
  3. Dissolve taco mix in water.
  4. Pour the seasoned water over the cooked meat and stir well.
  5. Combine the meat mixture with the prepared rice and broccoli.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Cover with grated cheese.
  8. Bake until the cheese is melted.
