Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 8 oz. avocado dip
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 8 oz. jar picante sauce
  • sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 3 oz. chopped olives
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop your tomato first, so it can be draining while you are preparing the layers.
  2. Spread the refried beans evenly over the bottom of a serving dish.
  3. Layer the avocado dip over the refried beans.
  4. Spread the sour cream evenly over the avocado layer.
  5. Top with chopped tomato, allowing excess juice to drain off beforehand.
  6. Spread the picante sauce over the tomato layer.
  7. Add sliced jalapeno peppers as desired.
  8. Sprinkle chopped olives evenly over the top.
  9. Finish by sprinkling grated Cheddar cheese over the entire dip.
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
