Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. White Lily buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 10 to 12 oz. tonic water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit mix instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix and tonic water.
  3. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
