Quick Fruit Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 c. fruit
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare fruit and put in pie shell.
  2. In bowl, beat eggs lightly and blend in sugar, flour, cream and vanilla.
  3. Pour over fruit.
  4. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
