Quick Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced

Instructions

  1. Brown beef with onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
  2. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  3. Arrange cheese over top.
  4. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
