Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 cups milk
  • Baked potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the flour, bouillon, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over potatoes.
