- Beat egg and garlic salt with a fork.
- Add milk.
- Tear up bread in small pieces, add to the liquid and blend until it is thoroughly soaked.
- (Add more milk if the bread will absorb more.) Add hamburger and knead until the meat and bread mixture is thoroughly combined.
