Quick Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 3 yellow squash
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. water
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice vegetables; peel onion.
  2. Slice and break apart. Put water and butter in large frying pan.
  3. Layer vegetables and onion.
  4. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  5. Cover and cook on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.
