- Wash and slice vegetables; peel onion.
- Slice and break apart. Put water and butter in large frying pan.
- Layer vegetables and onion.
- Salt and pepper and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.
