Ingredients

  • small pickling cucumbers
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pack a quart jar with small pickling cucumbers.
  2. Add the sugar, salt, and dry mustard to the jar.
  3. Fill the jar with apple cider vinegar.
  4. Shake the jar to combine the ingredients.
  5. Put the jar in the refrigerator and shake occasionally.
  6. Leave for 7 days before using.
