A light, refreshing seafood salad featuring tender somen noodles, seaweed, crab flakes, and tangy Oriental dressing, perfect for a quick, flavorful appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. somen noodles
  • 1 pkg. ocean salad (packaged green seaweed)
  • 1 bottle Tropics Oriental salad dressing
  • crab meat flakes (imitation or real)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the somen noodles by boiling until tender.
  2. Drain noodles and let sit to evaporate excess water.
  3. Allow noodles to cool.
  4. Add crab flakes and ocean salad to the noodles.
  5. Mix together and add Tropics Oriental salad dressing to taste.
