Quick Orange Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 package orange-pineapple jello
  • juice from 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 4 medium carrots

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange-pineapple jello in 1 cup of hot water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Blend the dissolved jello, pineapple juice, and carrots well until smooth.
  3. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple gently into the mixture.
  4. Pour into a mold and chill overnight until set.
