Quick Pecan Coffee Ring

- In a metal ring mold or a cake pan with a tin can placed in the center, break pecans into pieces and place in the bottom of pan, spreading evenly.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each biscuit in melted butter, then roll in sugar mixture and stand on edge in pan on top of pecans.
- Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, place a serving plate on top and invert.
- Let stand a few minutes before removing the pan.
