Quick Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Stir sugar, butter, salt and cream over medium heat, stirring constantly; bring to a rolling boil and stir for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and pecans.
  4. Press in 9 x 12-inch pan; cool and serve.
