Quick Pineapple Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (1 lb. 4 oz. can)
  • 9-inch graham cracker pie shell

Instructions

  1. Whip softened cream cheese and sugar together.
  2. Fold in whipped cream and well-drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Spoon into pie shell.
  4. Chill thoroughly, about 2 hours until filling is set.
