- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion. Cover; cook for 4 minutes.
- Peel potatoes; cut in slices 1/2-inch thick.
- Add to pan with butter and savory; season well.
- Cook potatoes for 15 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring as needed. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
