Quick Steamed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 dash ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Put baby carrots in an open glass container with the water.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain and toss with orange juice, honey and ginger.
