Ingredients

  • 20 Tbsp. Minute tapioca (granulated)
  • 15 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 2/3 c. sugar
  • salt
  • 4 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Soak the tapioca, milk, beaten eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  3. Pour the pudding into a mixing bowl.
  4. Allow to cool for 20 minutes without stirring.
