Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. broccoli, chopped and cooked 5 minutes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese for top

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the grated Cheddar cheese, chopped cooked broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, beaten egg, chopped onion, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
