Quick Turkey Divan

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 c. diced turkey
  • 1 pkg. American cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with milk
  • 1 can fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Put broccoli in small amount of water and simmer 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Arrange turkey in greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
  3. Top turkey with broccoli.
  4. Arrange cheese slices over broccoli.
  5. Combine milk and soup.
  6. Pour over all.
  7. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Strew onion rings over top. Bake another 5 minutes.
  10. Serves 8.
