Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. white flour, divided
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. dry powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted in hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. white flour

Instructions

  1. Put butter in hot water.
  2. Set aside until butter is slightly melted.
  3. Stir together yeast, 1 cup white flour, honey, salt and powdered milk.
  4. Add water and butter.
