Quick White Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 1 can navy beans
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (4 oz.) can ham

Instructions

  1. Cook onions and carrots in butter until onion is transparent. Add beans and 1 can of water and can of ham.
  2. Mash beans with potato masher or fork slightly.
  3. Cook on low for about 5 minutes. Great with cornbread.
