Quickie Cheese Biscuits are soft, cheesy, and savory treats perfect for snacking or serving alongside meals, combining cheesy flavor with a buttery, garlicky finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and beat for 30 seconds.
  2. Drop spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Melt 1/2 cup margarine or butter and add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
  5. Pour the garlic butter over hot biscuits and serve.
