A quick, flavorful lunch combining comforting saimin noodles with savory sardines and fresh green onions, perfect for a satisfying, easy-to-make meal on busy days.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. saimin
  • 1 can sardines (blue can, Holmes)
  • green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Break the saimin noodles into smaller pieces.
  2. Boil the noodles until cooked.
  3. Drain the noodles.
  4. Empty the can of sardines into a frying pan and heat.
  5. Add the drained noodles to the frying pan with sardines.
  6. Stir well, breaking the sardines apart.
  7. Add chopped green onions.
  8. Optional: add saimin seasoning for more flavor.
