Ingredients
- 1 pkg. saimin ⓘ
- 1 can sardines (blue can, Holmes)
- green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Break the saimin noodles into smaller pieces.
- Boil the noodles until cooked.
- Drain the noodles.
- Empty the can of sardines into a frying pan and heat.
- Add the drained noodles to the frying pan with sardines.
- Stir well, breaking the sardines apart.
- Add chopped green onions.
- Optional: add saimin seasoning for more flavor.
