Ingredients

  • 18 vanilla wafers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Place 18 paper cupcake liners in muffin tins.
  2. Put one wafer in each liner.
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon into each liner until 3/4 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.
  5. Let cool, then spoon pie filling onto each.
