Ingredients

  • 2 qt. Cooked quinoa
  • 1 qt. fresh blueberries
  • 1 qt. fresh corn kernels, grilled
  • 80 each Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups PURE KRAFT Country Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 2 qt. crispy onion straws

Instructions

  1. For each serving: Combine 1/2 cup quinoa and 1/4 cup each blueberries and corn.
  2. Arrange 5 lettuce leaves on serving plate.
  3. Top with quinoa mixture, 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing and 1/2 cup onion straws.
