Instructions
- Mix butter, shortening and brown sugar. Stir in flour, salt, soda and oats.
- Press 1/2 of the crumbly mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread filling over the top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbly mixture, pressing lightly.
- Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
