Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 6 sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. Select corn with fresh, green husks.
  2. Just before cooking, remove husks and silk; cut out any blemishes.
  3. Wrap each ear of corn in a square of waxed paper, twisting ends tightly.
  4. Place in microwave oven with about 1-inch space between ears.
  5. Cook on High power (4 ears for approximately 15 to 18 minutes or until tender). Use caution when unwrapping corn, as they will remain hot for a time after removing from microwave.
