Delightful raspberry brie tartlets combining creamy cheese, sweet raspberry spread, and flaky pastry shells—perfect for elegant appetizers or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 (2.1 oz.) frozen mini fillo pastry shells
  • 8 oz. round Brie cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. raspberry spreadable fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and place mini fillo pastry shells on an ungreased large baking sheet.
  2. Cut Brie cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
  3. Place 3 cheese cubes into each fillo shell.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove shells from oven and spoon 1/4 teaspoon raspberry spreadable fruit over the cheese in each shell.
  6. Return to oven and bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until the spreadable fruit is melted.
  7. Serve warm.
