Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (3oz) raspberry gelatin
  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen raspberries (thawed)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Optional fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Bring just to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into 1 quart mold or serving dish. Chill for several hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
