Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 small pkg. raspberries, undrained
  • 1 large stalk celery, finely diced
  • 1 medium apple, finely diced
  • 1 2/3 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add frozen raspberries and stir until the berries are thawed.
  3. Add diced celery and apple, then stir well.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into a mold and let it set.
