- Dissolve the orange‑pineapple gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add 1 cup cold water and stir.
- Fold in the 10 oz. package of red raspberries until they are evenly dispersed.
- Stir in the undrained pineapple tidbits.
- Chill the mixture until it becomes very thick, then stir again to distribute the fruits evenly.
- Pour the chilled mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3‑inch loaf pan or a 1 1/2‑quart mold.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Serve chilled, sliced into 10 portions.
