Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) package orange‑pineapple gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (10 oz.) package red raspberries
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange‑pineapple gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add 1 cup cold water and stir.
  3. Fold in the 10 oz. package of red raspberries until they are evenly dispersed.
  4. Stir in the undrained pineapple tidbits.
  5. Chill the mixture until it becomes very thick, then stir again to distribute the fruits evenly.
  6. Pour the chilled mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3‑inch loaf pan or a 1 1/2‑quart mold.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Serve chilled, sliced into 10 portions.
