Instructions
- Beat butter in bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Slowly beat in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended.
- Divide in 4 equal parts. Flatten into disks.
- Refrigerate overnight.
