Ingredients

  • 6 cups tomatoes
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) package red raspberry jello

Instructions

  1. Skin, sieve, and chop the tomatoes.
  2. Combine the prepared tomatoes, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the raspberry jello until dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate or freeze until set.
