Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, cut
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Place half of the apples and remaining ingredients in a blender container.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining apples to the blender.
  4. Blend again until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
