Ingredients

  • 3 T butter or Oleo
  • 3 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • Dash hot sauce
  • 1 pound pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, ground cinnamon, garlic powder, ground red pepper, and hot sauce in a large bowl, stirring well.
  2. Add pecan halves to the mixture, stirring gently to coat well.
  3. Spread coated pecans in a single layer in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan.
  4. Bake at 300°F for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Drain pecans on paper towels and let cool.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
